By using WAppBoost ("we", "our", "us"), a web app for sending bulk WhatsApp messages, you ("you", "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What We Offer
WAppBoost helps you send WhatsApp messages to multiple contacts with features like contact management, message templates, scheduling, and analytics.

2. Eligibility
You must be 13+ and legally allowed to use messaging tools. Use must be lawful and in compliance with all relevant rules.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Only message users who gave consent

Avoid spam, abuse, or threats

Follow WhatsApp’s Terms

Comply with data laws (like GDPR, IT Act)

4. Restrictions
You may not:

Contact users without permission

Impersonate others or share private info without consent

Promote illegal/harmful content

5. Accounts
You must create an account to use WAppBoost. Keep credentials secure and inform us of unauthorized use.

6. Payments
Paid features require a subscription. Payments are non-refundable unless stated. Cancel anytime (no refunds for unused time). Price changes will be informed in advance.

7. Refunds
Refunds apply only if clearly stated or requested within 7 days, if eligible.

8. Privacy
Covered by our Privacy Policy. You must have permission to message contacts and follow applicable privacy laws.

9. Cookies
We use cookies to enhance performance and personalize your experience.

10. Ownership
All WAppBoost content (logos, design, code) belongs to us or partners. Do not copy, sell, or reuse without permission.

11. Availability
We aim for smooth service but do not guarantee uptime. We are not responsible for losses from outages.

12. Liability
We are not liable for issues caused by misuse, downtime, or unauthorized access.

13. Termination
We may suspend/delete accounts violating our Terms or law.

14. Updates
We may update Terms or services. Continued use means you accept changes.
